At the office we just kicked off the first amateur cooking contest.
Each edition an ingredient will be chosen ala Iron Chef and all the dishes have to be prepared with that special something. And a lot of love, of course.
Today’s entry is a dish of red peppers stuffed with cod on top of ajoblanco.
According to a friend it was “pretty good”.
UPDATE: Seems like there is even a blog[ES] about it now.

anyway, why less is more in “nouvelle cuisine”, i missed another fifteen peppers..
